Terms of delivery
Delivery is made to the entrance to the residential building of the desired address. For shipments of larger dimensions, delivery is possible up to the first physical obstacle that prevents the delivery vehicle from accessing the residential building. In the case of a residential building, the delivery person is not obliged to carry the goods to the floor where the buyer is located, but to the entrance to the building. Delivery is made through a transport company that provides transport services. The delivery service usually delivers within 24 hours of picking up the shipment in our warehouse. Exceptions are islands and places that do not support daily delivery or fall under settlements limited by the weight of the shipment, and where delivery is possible according to the delivery schedule.
Shipments for non-scheduled islands are usually delivered within 3 business days. In case of emergencies (traffic difficulties, weather disasters, increased number of shipments,…) the delivery time may be longer than specified. The products will be packed in such a way that they cannot be damaged by the usual handling during transport. When taking over the product, the buyer is obliged to check for any damage and immediately report it to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, ie refuse to take over the shipment on which external damage is visible. The buyer is obliged to sign the delivery note or delivery note when taking over the goods, and the delivery service takes it as a confirmation of collection.
Where is my order?
You can request the tracking number of your shipment from our customer support via the internal messaging system after handing it over to the delivery service. When you are logged in to our web store, click Contact us and select the reference number of your order from the drop-down menu.
Kronos d.o.o. for smaller shipments of packages uses the services of the GLS delivery service.

For orders over 250,00 kn on the territory of the Republic of Croatia we provide free shipping!
For EU countries, delivery prices are generated at the time of purchase and depend on the quantity and delivery area.
